AI became a platform capability, not a novelty feature.
Make It Better is Mighty Networks' most-used AI feature — enabled by 96% of Networks at launch. The project started as a hackathon with the technology already chosen. My job was to make sure the solution was actually grounded in real user pain — and to hold that instinct through the build.
The constraint that shaped every design decision: we couldn't redesign the existing editor, only extend it. The result was an AI writing assistant that fits into the workflow rather than interrupting it.
