The project started as a company hackathon with the technology already chosen. Every competitor was jumping into AI. Mighty needed to stake a claim fast.
My job wasn't to build something novel. It was to make sure whatever we shipped was actually grounded in real user pain, and to hold that instinct through the pressure of a hard deadline.
The constraint that shaped every design decision: we couldn't redesign the existing editor, only extend it. The result was an AI writing assistant that fits into the workflow rather than interrupting it.
I led interaction design, prompt strategy, and the AI visual language for the feature in collaboration with engineering and QA.
