The first moment in the Mighty app was turning people away.

Returning members couldn't find their way back in. New users didn't know where to start. Sign-in confusion and an outdated hierarchy were creating friction at the exact moment both groups needed clarity most. We found the failure point, scoped the right intervention, and shipped it alongside a full brand refresh.

I led discovery, design, and cross-functional coordination across sign-in, network discovery, and the launch experience.
